Andre Rieu, along with but not because of his age, regarding being on top of things "sexually" or in certain things of pleasures... is tiers above Barb though he is indeed immersed in Dutch heritage, with Barb having a mom with Dutch blood and a dad who might have influence but maybe no bloodline. He is even way above the Netherlands.
